Hello.

Where to start? I guess I should start with thanking you for taking the time to pop over here to read what I have to say. Thank you. Truly!

When I was thinking about what I’d want to talk about, on here, my initial thought was that I should write about what’s really going on in my life. I thought about what I’d want to hear from someone that I knew, in the public eye, but in a way that didn’t seem like it had gone through a bunch of agents and publicists to make sure each post was: pitching a show, not giving away too much away, not offending anyone, or anything that could be misconstrued….and then I thought, fuck it, let’s just keep it current and honest. What’s going on in my life, each week. The highs, the lows, the drama, and how much cake I managed to ram down my gullet that week, and how I’ll do better next week, and eat like I’m not actually trying to skip my way in to diabetes.

So, what you can come to expect from my posts (other than a lot of curse words, because Im British, and trash) is a peek behind the curtain of what it’s like to be a person in the public eye, the behind the scenes of Queer Eye, how our Dream-Home build is going (we break ground in a couple of weeks), updates on our new baby (coming in a couple of months) and life as a new parent, trying to toggle baby and business. Showbusiness.

I also want to make sure those of you coming here for style tips and advice are taken care of too. So, every now and then, I’ll link some of my favorite finds. Nothing sponsored, I promise. Just things I find along the way, love, and think you might love too.

I plan to post once a week. After we get going, and after the first couple of posts, I’ll stick to posting on the same day, at the same time, so you know to look out for it.

I’d love for you to engage with me in the comments. I wanna know what you’re liking and what you wanna know more about or see more of. Just to set expectations now, I don’t plan on showing my baby boy’s face, so you don’t need to ask to see more of that, but I will be sharing so much about my life with him, and how Rob and I are coping. A little terrified about that part, as I assume we’ll feel like we’re failing miserably, at every turn, but there’s plenty of time for those tales.

This is a safe, loving, welcoming space. Everyone is welcome, as long as they are positive and kind. Any meanness will lead to you being blocked, kids, so keep it cute. I’ve worked hard over the last couple of decades to phase out the negative and surround my self with people who uplift. Let’s make that a thing here, too. Yes? Yes!

So.... shall we do this? Shall we get going? Lets!

When all seems horrifying in this world, I now have my baby to offer me hope

With all that’s going on in Ukraine, it's forced me to look more closely at what brings me joy, and what offers me hope. I know this is going to sound so gushy mushy, but being my son’s parent makes me feel like I at least have some control. Like, if I raise him right, if we all raise our kids right…to be kind, compassionate and empathetic...

Took a quick trip to Nashville to shake up the CMT Awards, and what a night it was.

A few weeks ago, we (the Fab5) were asked if we would come to the CMT Awards to present Miranda Lambert with an award, because she wrote the song Y’all means All, for season 6 of QE. I’d never been to a country event before, and I really enjoy some country music (probably not surprising to you, but mostly female), so I thought what the heck,...

The Secret's Out!

I'm launching a brand!! Did you see my announcement last week? I'm launching a new, genderless Outerwear brand, called Was Him. I’ll explain the name in a moment. I have been working on this for the past year now, and I'm so excited to finally be able to make it public, and the response has been so positive, so far. Praying that remains the case.
